Within the context of this mail art project, intercultural workshops will take place in the fall of 2023, in which submissions for the "Sources of Strength" campaign will be created with the participants. Here, people with a migration background are to be addressed in particular, because in addition to a broken world and personal problems, they also have to struggle with the difficulties of migration. Of course locals are also invited to take part.

People from over 120 nations live in Hamm, and the project wants to give this multicultural character of the city a face through the contributions of the workshop participants. In the final vernissage the works of the participants from Hamm will be explicitly showcased.

In addition to some creative techniques, the participants will also get to know the interesting phenomenon of mail-art and can become active as mail-artists beyond this action.

Im Rahmen dieses Mail-Art-Projekts werden im Herbst 2023 interkulturelle Workshops stattfinden, in denen mit den Teilnehmern Beiträge für die Aktion "Kraftquellen" erstellt werden. Hier sollen insbesondere Menschen mit Migrationshintergrund angesprochen werden, denn diese haben ausser einer kaputten Welt und persönlichen Problemen zusätzlich mit Schwierigkeiten der Migration zu kömpfen. - Natürlich sind auch Einheimische willkommen.

In Hamm leben Menschen aus über 120 Nationen, und das Projekt möchte diesem multikulturellen Charakter der Stadt ein Gesicht geben durch die Beiträge der Workshop-Teilnehmer. In der abschliessenden Vernissage werden die Hammenser Beiträge explizit herausgestellt werden.

Die Teilnehmer lernen neben einigen kreativen Techniken auch das interessante Phänomen der Mail-Art kennen und können über diese Aktion hinaus als Mail-Artisten aktiv werden.
